COUNTRYSIDE — A pick-up truck that was stolen from La Salle last week has been found in the Chicago suburbs. Officials with the Countryside Police Department, southwest of Chicago, said they arrested two people yesterday, including the one who closely matches the description of the man seen stealing a truck from the Beck’s Gas Station on US Route 6 in La Salle. La Salle Police first reported the truck stolen on Wednesday morning, then it was seen again at the Peru Beck’s on Shooting Park Road early Sunday morning. Countryside officials did not state where the arrest was made.
