Special Olympians make their Polar Plunge

PERU — Ladies from the Illinois Valley Family Co-Op Special Olympics Swim Team made their Polar Plunge Tuesday afternoon at the Illinois Valley YMCA. They each raised money to help local athletes have access to programs throughout the year. Kelli Ewbank raised $250, Allison Gens raised $450, and Jessica Sweitek raised $550.
