In Kingston, Ontario, Canada, if you received a parking ticket between November 1st and December 3rd, you could avoid paying your ticket if you donated a toy to their “Toys for Tickets” campaign. Since 2005 the campaign has collected more than 3,600 toys to hand out over the holidays. Las Vegas and Tuscaloosa, Alabama have jumped on the toy wagon and have started the same campaign this year.
