SPRINGFIELD- The Illinois Department of Employment Security said Friday that they have begun contacting everyone who reportedly had their details leaked due to a glitch on the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance website.   Authorities say the sensitive information that included names, social security numbers, and addresses was only viewed by a single person who reported the glitch, and none of the information that was seen has been used.  The Department will be offering all 32,483 who were affected credit monitoring services.
