STREATOR – The city of Streator approved a new insurance broker at their council meeting, Tuesday. Peter McGrath and Jay Bottarini of Streator Insurance Center will represent the city to help reach the cities goals in creating better wellness programs, and keeping health insurance companies accountable. City Manager Scot Wrighton stressed the engagement the brokers should possess with the city, as well as customizing a wellness program that meets the cities objectives. Streator Insurance Center is a local agency, and believes they can access markets the city needs.
