STREATOR — A Streator man was arrested over the weekend in connection to a house fire on Friday night. La Salle County Sheriff’s office says 45-year old Marion Jones, Jr. was arrested on Saturday and was charged with arson. Authorities say Jones is accused of setting fire to a vacant house in the 700-block of North Vermillion Street in Streator on Friday night around 7:15 PM. Jones was taken to the La Salle County Jail and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
