The holiday season is upon us once again and the Hegeler Carus Foundation invites you to travel back to 1898 for their annual holiday celebration. Each year, the Foundation, with the generous help of community members, recreates a holiday party the Hegeler and Carus families might have personally hosted in their Victorian home.
This interactive party features Mr. Hegeler (played by community member Steve Seaborn) greeting each guest as they mingle with other members of the Hegeler and Carus families, also played by community members.
Shows will be Friday and Saturday, Dec. 14 and 15 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday Dec. 16 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 each and reservations are required. The show will run for approximately an hour, with light refreshments served during the party. Guests are encouraged, but not required, to dress in period costume. For more information, and to reserve your place, please call Tricia at 815.993.4476
The Hegeler Carus Foundation is a non-profit, 501c3 organization.
