Judgment Days opens Feb 19

The Morris Theatre Guild, Inc. has begun rehearsals and is taking reservations for it’s winter world-premiere production of Judgment Days, written by guild member, Dennis Fisher.
The story: The Holy Bible says to judge not, lest ye be judged. As people stagger drunk in the streets of a small Illinois town at the height of the Great Depression, judgments are made and judgments are received. The repercussions have mortal consequences for a young family.
Judgment Days opens on Friday, February 19, 2016. The production continues on February 20, 21, 26, 27 and closes on Sunday February 28, 2016. All Friday and Saturday evening performances will begin at 7:30 pm and both Sunday matinee performances will begin at 2:30 pm. Ticket prices for adults are $12.00 each if reserved by e-mail, phone, or purchased online, and $15.00 if purchased at the door. (Due to mature language and content, this play is recommended for mature audiences.) For those age 13 and under, or students able to show their ID, the ticket price for -email, phone, or online reservations are $10.00 each. Otherwise, the adult price applies. Also, groups of ten or more people making a reservation by phone will receive a 10% discount off the total ticket price. All seating is based on first come, first served. There are no refunds. Preferred reservations can be made at the guild’s website of morristheatreguild.org, however reservations can also be made at tickets@morristheareguild.org or calling the theatre at (815) 942-1966. All unpaid reservations will be held until a half hour before the production begins and then they will be released if needed.
