SPRINGFIELD – Cannabis sales in Illinois continue to trend higher and higher month over month, according to figures released by the state of Illinois. For March of 2023, in-state residents purchased over $100 million dollars worth of adult-use cannabis, with those from outside of Illinois contributing to another $33 million in sales. The first three months of 2023 show an overall increase of $21 million in purchases over the same period in 2022.
