A Pennsylvania man is facing charges for possession with intent to deliver, and he’s the one who tipped off authorities. The 46-year-old man called the police to his apartment saying that someone broke into his place by smashing a window. When the authorities got there, they couldn’t find any evidence that someone actually got in.
When they asked him if anything was missing he invited the police inside to look around. What he didn’t think about was that he allegedly had drugs and paraphernalia sitting in plain sight. They found Fentanyl, meth, marijuana, and prescription medications that he didn’t have prescriptions for. There were also baggies and glass vials.
