KAMLOOPS, British Columbia – A Canadian Real Estate Agent is in hot water by spoiling a sale of a home by drinking the sellers milk out of the fridge…directly from the container. According to a legal consent decree, it is alleged that Mike Rose availed himself of a container of milk in the sellers fridge, and neglected to use a glass. The homeowner discovered the act after reviewing the video footage. Mr. Rose was fined a whopping $20,000 for the incident and forbidden from setting foot on the property again. There was no word on if the sellers of the home have acquired a new real estate agent.
