NORWOOD – A woman in Norwood, Ohio allegedly posed as a CPS worker to gain access to a home to ‘scare’ parents, claiming that they weren’t supervising their child. She could be seen on surveillance video touching the child on the back and the head, trying to get them to go with her. The child could be seen running inside and coming back out with their parents.
The woman then claimed to to be a CPS worker and went inside. She claimed she had been drinking all day and saw the four-year-old outside along and wanted to scare the the parent’s into supervising their child better.
