ATLANTA, GA — A man stepped away from his running vehicle in Atlanta and came back to someone else driving away in it. The man was arrested for reckless conduct and taken to the Fulton County Jail where he is being held on a $10,000 bond, according to jail records. The car was found abandoned and no injuries were reported.
