A Florida man is facing two counts of arson and is being held on a $30,000 bond after he walked into a crime scene, grabbed a garbage bag from a nearby dumpster, lit it on fire and tossed it at a Sherriff cruiser. He left the scene and went to a nearby bar, however, he came back later to confess. He told the authorities that he “does stupid things when he’s drunk”.
