Ottawa teen to play for Great Britain National Baseball Team

OTTAWA – A teen from Ottawa will be taking his baseball skills to Europe to play for the Great Britain National Baseball Team. Lucas Farabaugh, an incoming Freshman at Ottawa Township High School, holds dual passports of the USA and Great Britain. He’ll be leaving on July 11th to join the team ahead of games scheduled to begin a week later in Valencia, Spain. Lucas is the son of Kane and Joanne Farabaugh, who say the ultimate goal is to see Lucas possibly compete in the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
