STREATOR – The Streator Fire Department spent Wednesday afternoon practicing rescue skills at the newly refurbished Streator YMCA pool. Firefighters were able to practice rope rescue, boat navigation, rescue communications, flipping a capsized rescue boat, and CPR on a patient while being moved from a boat to land.
