STREATOR – Two facade grants are on the agenda for Streator’s plan commission meeting Tuesday. The city recommended the approval and granting of $15,000 each to two business located on 318 East Main Street and 214 East Main Street. The proposed project for 318 East Main Street includes replacing the storefront windows, front door and painting the lower facade. The 214 East Main Street project consists of painting the entire facade, tuck-pointing and the replacement of under window panels. The Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday to approve the grants.
