Person Found Dead After Fiery Car Crash in Livingston County

PONTIAC – The driver of a car impaled on a guardrail is dead, but after a fire their identity hasn’t been determined. According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on Monday morning they learned of a car found along a road north of Chatsworth. The fire was out and the occupant was burned beyond recognition. An autopsy is scheduled with the Livingston County Coroner. The accident remains under investigation.
