STREATOR – Due to extreme temperatures and expected frigid wind chill conditions, waste collection services in Streator will be delayed. Scheduled services will not operate on Wednesday and Thursday. All residents affected by this service interruption are asked to have their solid waste available for collection on Friday, February 1st; recycling will be collected next week. Every effort will be made to recover the solid waste on Friday and Saturday.
