Jack McCullough will remain locked up despite a report from a prosecutor who says evidence clears the man of the 1957 killing of seven-year-old Maria Ridulph of Sycamore. A judge Friday declined a request from McCullough’s attorneys to release the 76-year-old who was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in 2012. Another hearing is scheduled in two weeks.
