UNDATED — A rainy and wet week is bringing flooding concerns back to the area. The National Weather Service says some areas could get over three inches of rain throughout the week, which could help the rivers rise over the next several days. Currently, the Illinois and Vermillion Rivers are well below flood stage, but locally heavy rains could help aid to a quick rise in the water levels. Forecasters are calling for the heaviest rainfall to come between Tuesday night and Wednesday.
