Rauner calling for pro-business reforms

Governor Bruce Rauner says Illinois is “losing the race for good paying jobs.” He’s used his State of the State speech to repeat a call for pro-business reforms that he says will make the state more competitive, including moves that would weaken unions. Labor leaders say the governor’s policies are a disaster for working people.
