OSF employees to get raises

PEORIA — Employees with OSF HealthCare will be getting a raise just before the Thanksgiving holiday. OSF officials announced yesterday that the minimum wage throughout the entire company will be raised to $10 on November 22nd. OSF officials say they increase is the “right thing to do.” Officials say the raise will affect appoximately 482 employees, including those in food service, housekeeping, gift shops, and those with the guest services team. OSF operates 11 hospitals throughout Illinois and Michigan, including Saint Paul Medical Center in Mendota and Saint Elizabeth’s in Ottawa.
