Ottawa woman faces second drug charges

OTTAWA — An Ottawa woman was arrested for a second time in seven months last week after she allegedly had crack cocaine in her home. Ottawa Police say they, along with Peru Police, arrested 62-year old Cheryl Miller on Friday after she was accused of smoking crack within her home. Miller was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was taken to the La Salle County Jail, held on a $15,000 bond. Police say Miller was also arrested in August when she was also caught with the drug at that time.
