PERU – The Illinois Valley Coal Miners Rugby Club announced free rugby clinics and practices beginning Saturday. The free clinics will be open to 2nd through 6th grade boys and girls every Tuesday and Thursday at 6p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m. in the gymnasiums of LaSalle-Peru High School for the month of February.
