AMBOY – An Amboy Police Officer was honored last week for duties performed on duty by the Amboy Fire Department. In early April of this year, Amboy EMS were called to a gas station where a person was in cardiac arrest. Upon their arrival, they found Amboy Police Officer Tom Lehman performing CPR on the individual. Once EMS took over, Officer Lehman continued to assist the crew. He was presented with a plaque of honored service from the Amboy Fire Department and thanked for going above and beyond to help protect the community of Amboy.
