Bomb Threat investigated at Streator High Wednesday

STREATOR — Streator Police responded to a bomb threat at Streator High School on Wednesday afternoon. In a press release issued Friday morning, police say officers responded to the high school just after 2 PM Wednesday for the reported threat. Police say it was quickly determined that there was no threat to student safety at the time. Authorities say through their investigation, a juvenile referral for disorderly conduct was sent to the La Salle County Probabtion Department for a 15-year old male Streator High School student. No other information has been released about the threat.
